At Amdox Learning, we strive to offer the best possible learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel your enrollment, we have a transparent refund and cancellation process.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that no course content has been accessed.
• Cancellation requests must be sent to support@amdoxlearning.in with your registered email and order details.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of the approved refund request.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment only.
• No refund will be issued once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or after 7 days from the purchase date.

Exchange:

• If you wish to switch to a different course of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase, we will allow a one-time exchange.
• To initiate an exchange, please write to us at support@amdoxlearning.in with the subject line “Course Exchange Request.”
